Our 250m² Haussmannian apartment is a true haven of peace in the heart of the city. Fully renovated in September 2018, it combines the charm of the past with modern amenities for a truly enjoyable stay.
The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, each with their own bathroom. The master bedrooms feature king-size beds (180x200cm) for a truly restful night's sleep, while the other bedrooms feature double or single beds. Linen and towels are provided for added comfort.
-2 master bedrooms with a king-size bed (180*200cm) with in-suite bathroom (1 shower+WC) in each bedroom.
- 1 master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160*200cm) with in suite bathroom (1 shower room + integrated sink)

04 Oct 2023My wife and I stayed here for a short time during our honeymoon and were somewhat disappointed. When we arrived and tried to get into the apartment, we were unable to open the door because it was so difficult to open. We sent a message to let the host know and she responded with, “you don’t know how to open a door?” We had to ask the neighbor for help who was very kind and mentioned to us that it has happened many times before. The tile on the floor was also raised, soft, and bent when stepped on. The drainage in the shower could be fixed as it pools up very quickly and because of no air conditioning, there was very poor air circulation. The positives of this apartment were the Eiffel Tower being so close, a comfortable bed, and nice bath tub.
30 Sep 2023This apartment was perfect for our 3 generational family vacation. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. It is very near to great shopping and restaurants. There is a grocery store just around the corner. It is also very near to the airport bus, which was very convenient for our purposes. We very much appreciated that Sophie provided instructions for the use of the appliances in the apartment. European appliances are not the same as North American ones so this was an added benefit. One thing that would be helpful to add is how to separate your recyclables. Please be specific. We tried, but I think we could have done a better job if we knew what went where and which bin to put them in. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who needs a large home base. It was beautiful. Thank you very much.
30 Sep 2023We had a wonderful family reunion of 14 people including kids. Clean and very large apartment, well stocked kitchen and essentials provided. Host was very responsive; we had a lightning strike blow a fuse and lost power, but Sophie had someone on site within a couple hours to help fix the problem. Thanks for helping create great memories!
30 Sep 2023There are not enough words to say how amazing this apartment is. Close to so many restaurants, shopping, cafes, bakeries etc etc. This is what Paris is all about, and we felt this was the ultimate experience. The furnishings, accents and overall ambiance of this home was one we will not soon forget. If we come back to Paris this will be the standard. The host was checking on us and was responsive to all my messages. Don’t think about it, book this apartment and fall in love with Paris.
