Beautiful spacious house in central Amsterdam with large garden, 2 bathrooms and spacious kitchen.On the 1st floor are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A large bright living and dining room with conservatory and a luxury fitted kitchen with Gaggenau appliances are on bel-etage. In the basement is a guest bedroom equipped with TV and toilet.
The garden faces south, has a terrace and lawn.
The house provides a perfect base to discover Amsterdam and surroundings. From the North Street, located in the 17th-century canals, almost all attractions within walking distance:
- 700 meters to the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and Stedelijk Museum (modern art)
-To The corner of the 'Reguliersgracht' and the 'Amstelveld.
- 900 meters to the 'Nine Streets', known for its quaint boutiques.
- The house is located between the Leidseplein (900m) and Rembrandt (800 m).
- Around the corner you will find the Vijzelgracht and Utrecht street with several cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
There are many other museums in the area, such as The Hermitage.
Noorderstraat, near romantic Amstelveld and the shopping street with shops, cafes and restaurants Utrechtsestraat. The house is in a nice quiet street in south canal, between Rembrandt Square and the Leidseplein.

29 Jul 2019The pictures hardly do justice to this beautiful, stylish home! It is a peaceful oasis in the middle of Amsterdam with a gorgeous garden, and numerous outdoor spaces that are private and so pretty. We stayed for 5 nights with our 2 teenage sons, but we all could have stayed 5 weeks. Our boys loved their rooms and the hammock in the garden, and they thoroughly enjoyed its convenient location. The house is about a 15 minute walk from everything:!the Rijksmuseum, Albert Cuyp market, the Dam Square. And it is surrounded by dozens of fabulous shops and restaurants. Between all there is to do in the city, and the comfort and spaciousness of this home, it was sometimes hard to decide if we should go out or stay in! Our last evening, I invited some cousins to a BBQ in the back yard. There were 12 of us and the open living space and outdoor porch more than accommodated our needs. This house is truly a spectacular place! We hope to use it again when we return to Amsterdam. Thank you, for offering it to rent!
02 May 2019I really enjoyed my stay at this appartment. It is a little outside the center of the City, but was exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of local spots to eat and only a 10 to 30 minute walk from all of the local sites. The appartment was well furnished, very clean and very safe. Would definitely stay here again.
07 Mar 2019The owner was personable, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean, spacious by Dutch standards and modern. My only reservation would be the WiFi signal strength, which was adequate, but sometimes weak. That said, I would definitely rent this apartment again
