09 Dec 2019Lovely apartment in a great location. Very close to the metro for getting to the airport and city, however, we found it was very easy to walk to most of the big tourist attractions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

14 May 2019Owner was a very good host! Our flight was late and he made sure someone was waiting for us! He also helped us finding the right bus to get to the airport! The location is very good, close to the tube and buses but if you are happy walking then you can just walk everywhere. Loads of grocery stores, a big one opened until late! The place was clean and the bathroom was spotless when we arrived!

12 Jan 2019I signed up to rent this beautiful apartment almost a year in advance, and I feel very lucky that I got it. This is even nicer than the photos show! It is perfectly situated at the junction of a canal and the Amstel River, with superb canal views out the window with boats going by all the time. The architecture of the typical homes across the canal made for a picturesque Amsterdam stay. I was with my wife, my cousin and his wife, and it was roomy and very comfortable for two couples with plenty of privacy. The apartment is extremely well equipped, with plenty of kitchen supplies for us to cook in several nights. TV, Stereo, Apple TV, WiFi and on and on...just like home! Prinsengracht is a perfect location for touring Amsterdam city and beyond. There is a very convenient tram at the end of the block which allows you direct access to virtually all that you would want to see in Amsterdam. It is also very convenient to walk to a huge variety of wonderful spots and just to wander around neighborhoods. We stayed for two weeks and could have stayed longer. We all loved Amsterdam and this comfortable home away from home. We've all traveled and vacationed all over the world, each time renting a home or villa, and this was one of our favorites. Don't pass it up if you get a chance!
