The House is located close the Heineken Museum (City Centre) and on a 5 minute walking distance from the Leidseplein. Within a circle of 500 meters you will find bars,coffee shops, supermarkets, boutiques, art-galleries and restaurants.
Public transport the tram stop on the Vijzelstraat is on a 75 meter distance from the house. From there you can take tram 16 and 24 to the Rembrandt Square, Dam Square and Central Station. You can take tram 7 and 10 from Weteringscirquit to the Leidseplein.
The apartment is divided over 3 floors, has a large open kitchen, a large living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.The living room is beautifully furnished with a coffee table, flat screen television and large bench to hang out with friends and family.The modern open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of kitchenware for group cooking.
The Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1) the master bedroom is located on the 4th floor, has a king-size double bed and a large television.
The master bedroom has also a private entrance to the luxurious bathroom with Turkish steam room.
Bedroom 2) the second bedroom is located on the 4th floor and has 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3) the third bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and has 4 single beds in one room.
Bedroom 4) the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds and is located on the second floor on the same level as the kitchen. This bedroom has no door, but you can create privacy by closing the curtains.The apartment has two bathrooms, 1 luxurious bathroom with a shower, bathtub and Turkish steam room, 1 standard bathroom with a shower and toilet, and one separate toilet close to the kitchen.

02 Jun 2019This was a great apartment ! It was ideal for my husband and our friends. Everything was clean and modern . We liked that the rooms were on opposite sides of the apartment so that we had a little privacy after days of sight-seeing . It was an easy walk to the museum and the canals . The apartment was well stocked and Marjon met us at the apartment and left us with thoughtful hostess gifts and informational pamphlets. She also arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport which was nice after a long flight . We would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again .
30 May 2019Marjon’s place was for me and my partner exactly what we needed during our stay in Amsterdam: central, walkable, with near public transportation, restaurants, cafes and of course our host, whom we are tankful for everything! I honestly recommend
20 Jan 2019Marjon is the most wonderful and kind host one would have. She made our stay so much more pleasant. Her room is very large and comfortable for 2 persons. It is well situated and close to the tram station to go to the centre in 15 mins. I would strongly recommend
10 Dec 2018My wife and I stayed at Marjon's apartment for four nights in May. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there due to the apartment's wonderful location, great windows, comfortable bed and nice space. There were many great vegan/vegetarian restaurants in the area. Access to the tram system was great. We did find the Wifi signal much better in the bedroom than in the front room facing the street which worked fine for us. We also liked how there was no TV. Marjon was a great host who helped us whenever we asked. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Amsterdam.
