Located on the main road leading to the popular Villa is a wonderful new addition to our ever-growing selection of villas in Lanzarote, and has a real stylish and trendy feel thanks to its high quality and contemporary furnishings. There is a fabulously spacious lounge on the lower ground floor with a range of mod-cons and attractive modern décor, as well as a bathroom with a hydro massage shower. The ground floor features three air conditioned bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting an en-suite Jacuzzi style bathroom and large doors leading out to the superb pool terrace. You can dine in style on this generously sized outdoor terrace thanks to the built in BBQ and alfresco dining facilities on offer, or make use of the electrically heated swimming pool. This villa is in a great location too, only a short walk away from the popular Marina Rubicon, as well as a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants in the bustling coastal resort of Playa Blanca.

21 Mar 2017The pictures of this villa do not do it justice, our jaws dropped as we walked through the door. It is spacious, well equipped, modern, clean and the sunset view is spectacular. The local beach offers clear waters although a car is needed to enhance your stay on this Island. The owner was extremely efficient when booking our stay and he also welcomed us with some essential goodies on arrival. His management team were also very helpful. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and recommend it to you all.
21 Feb 2016Our only negative was the pool was a bit shallow - but as I am little it didn't bother me.
We all loved this place & didn't want to leave!
There is a Spar shop on the main road, but didn't sell much fresh meat so we would ten minutes down the road where there was other little shops to stock up.
12 Jan 2016Con sitio para aparcar garantizado. Una opción muy recomendable a tener en cuenta si viajas a la isla en busca de tranquilidad, mar y buena comida.
05 Jan 2016The security deposit we paid was returned with no problems and we all said we would love to return one day.
The villa was beautiful and ideal for youngsters, the pool was great and the barbeque area was really nice. Most of the rooms were very spacious. It was lovely to find the owner had provided neccessities (like alcohol and water) .
