well located villa large pool very private in own grounds near by Playa den Bossa beach 5 minutes by car new refurb has lifted this villa has a Mexican theme this place is fun and style together and walkable to Ushyiua ,Space ,Hard Rock hotel set in a lovely grey interior with a fully fitted modern kitchen and is near all the action So if your group get split up you can all get home easily has a great day time chill out area BBQ and terraces so giving a sea view from the bedroom terraces nicely appointed bathrooms and lounge and large inside table and al fresco dining table for your dinners in the villa The villa has been renovated for the Summer 2016 and is simply beautiful. The villa is in a private gated area with swimming pool and gardens. The swimming pool is large, inviting and complete with new sunbeds for this year. Inside the villa there three twin bedrooms on the lower level, a modern kitchen complete with all mod cons, an open plan lounge / dinning with plenty of seating on comfortable sofas for you. A plasma TV, WiFi, DVD player, iPod dock and AC complete the lounge area. A large bathroom with a double sink, WC, walk in shower enclosure and bidet can also be found on the ground floor. On the upper level a further three bedrooms can be found (two twin and one double bedroom) and a bathroom with walk in shower enclosure is also present. The master bedroom is stunning in modern design and has it's own en suite bathroom with his/her sinks, bath with shower, and WC. The patio doors can be opened onto a private terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Relax in the seating area here or rock yourself to sleep in the hammock. All bedrooms are complete with AC and are newly designed for this summer. this villa is not for parties or young groups 25 minutes walk to playa den bossa beach ports & Adventure Activities:

We enjoyed using the BBQ, the kitchen is full of everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of spare towels and huge wardrobe space. The dinning table outside upstairs was fantastic at dinner time when the sun was setting. I haven't got 1 bad thing to say about the villa, would highly recommend. Cannot wait to go back!!!

The casa itself is in a quiet area, the road leading to the casa is not so good but almost no traffic so no real bother. Supermarkets at a few miles, good restaurant at 5 min. walking distance. Very recommendable!

The owner contacted us back immediately if we contacted him and gave us some good pointers on what was happening the time we were there and even helped us out with venues and tickets. The field across from the villa and the views are pretty and I would definitely recommend to anyone, it suits families, groups of people or just a nice getaway for a couple. Thumbs up!
