Villa Abel

Description

The villa has multiple areas for relaxing. There are three terraces in the apartment and three different areas in the main house - the courtyard, the pool area and the kitchen terrace. Many clients enjoyed this as it means family and friends can all relax in their own space. The property is in a tranquil location but it’s easy to get to other places on the island – though many clients say they didn't want to go out because they were so chilled at the villa!

A lovely local Blue Flag sandy beach, as well as bars and restaurants, are all within 10 minutes’ walking distance, while some of the island’s most famous sunset beaches are just five minutes’ drive away. Nearby there is also the beautiful little hamlet and hilltop village of Sant Agustí, with wonderful restaurants and views.

The entrance has a courtyard with a dining area and table and chairs, this then leads onto the main pool area which has a BBQ and chill out house for you to escape the Ibizan sun and take in the views over the surrounding countryside.

The natural stone pool with its enticing blue/green waters blend into the gardens perfectly and are a great place to cool off. Outside shower.

The Villa is at the end of a camino and there is ample parking for two cars outside the front gates and in the drive leading up to the house. There is a spiral stairway next to the entrance which leads up to the upstairs apartment which has its own en suite bathroom, double bed and a large terrace.

There are two roof terraces which have chill out beds and relaxing views on to the open countryside fields.

Pass through the courtyard and enter in to the main house, here you will find an open plan living room and kitchen. To the left is a sabina wood chill out area, a TV and a feature fireplace. There is a distinctive Moroccan feel about the decor and lighting which makes you feel relaxed and at home.

The Master Bedroom has a large double bed, walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom in natural tiles with a large round bath.

There are two more bedrooms in the main house. Bedroom 1 is en suite and has a shower, sink and toilet area with a fitted wardrobe and double bed. Bedroom two has a double bed, dressing area and a separate bathroom with a bath and shower.

There is a large dining table between the kitchen and open plan living room, with feature light above the table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large American fridge freezer, coffee machine, gas hob with 5 rings, oven, dishwasher, and a pantry storage area. There are plenty of work surfaces for preparation, with views to the exterior and gardens of the house.

We provide all your linen and towels. The utility room is fitted with a washing machine. You will also find a drying line, iron and ironing board and pool towels.

As you enter out from the main house into the courtyard area there is another dining table and chairs and a shaded corner with beds for relaxing. There is also a small built in BBQ in this area.

The fourth bedroom is attached to the main house. It has a double bed and en suite bathroom with a large shower. The entrance to this leads out onto the courtyard.

As you head to through the archway to the pool area, you have the utility room on the left and a beautiful gardened pool area with sun beds and sculptured gardens. One of the features is a chill out area in the shade at the end of the garden. We have been very careful to retain the property so that it blends into the local landscape and still have a lot of the original Ibizan plants and cactus in the well cared for gardens.

Due to the spaciousness of the property and the fact that the bedrooms all have their own bathroom this is a great property for larger families or groups of friends and you do get the feeling that you have your own space.

There is also plenty of outdoor space to make you feel comfortable and is great for outdoor entertaining. If you want to read your book in the shade or sip cocktails next to the pool topping up your tan.
