Just by walking a few minutes from the apartment guests can watch the sun set over La Almudena cathedral and the beautiful Casa de Campo park, the capital’s largest green space, perfect for walking, cycling or picnicking.

The area surrounding the apartment is one of the oldest and most typical of Madrid, with historical buildings at every turn and traditional shops, tabernas and cafes on every corner. The neighbouring barrio of La Latina is the place to go for some of the best tapas, food and socializing in the city, while many of Madrid’s top cultural sights and attractions are within easy walking distance.

These include the Royal Palace, the bustling Plaza del Sol and the lovely Campo del Moro, a quiet garden oasis tucked behind the Palace and filled with exotic birds. There are a number of different bus and metro stations nearby, meaning guests can explore the rest of the city and beyond with ease.
